Assembled in the UK. Delivered anywhere.
Every bag is assembled to order in the UK and dispatched within three working days, tracked, to almost any country in the world. UK delivery is free. For everywhere else the price depends on where you are and how much you order, and you see it on the basket page before you pay, in your own currency at checkout.

Working days from dispatch, not from order. Express is a courier service with a signature on delivery. We can't yet deliver to a small number of countries where no carrier serves us or sanctions apply; the basket page only lists the ones we can.
Outside the UK: duties and taxes
Our prices include UK VAT and exclude any import duty, sales tax or VAT your own country charges on goods arriving from the UK. The courier collects anything due before delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. In the United States, duty is now charged on parcels of any value; in the EU, VAT is charged on the goods and the delivery. We can't predict the exact amount, and we don't mark parcels as gifts or understate values.
What's inside, and the post
Bags contain a power bank and lithium batteries, which travel only on services approved for them, and no matches, lighters or fuel, which can't be posted at all. Food, water and medicines are packed sealed and labelled; where a country doesn't allow an item in by post we take it out, tell you before dispatch and refund its share. The multi-tool is UK-carry-legal: non-locking, blade under 7.62 cm.
Returns
Thirty days to return an unopened bag for a full refund: seals intact, contents unused. UK and EU customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving an order for any reason; sealed hygiene and food items that have been unsealed can't be returned. Faulty items are replaced first and refunded if we can't. Outside the UK you pay the return postage unless the item is faulty.
How to return something
Email hello@blackoutsos.com with your order number and what's wrong. We send a prepaid label the same working day for faults in the UK, and a returns address for everything else. Refunds reach your card within five working days of the bag reaching us, in the currency you paid in.
